Activation Guide

Step-by-step instructions for Windows and Office. Takes under 5 minutes.

Activating Windows

  1. Step 1.Download Windows

    Visit microsoft.com/software-download/windows11 and download the Windows 11 Installation Assistant. For Windows 10, visit microsoft.com/software-download/windows10.

  2. Step 2.Install Windows

    Run the installer as Administrator. Choose 'Upgrade this PC now' to keep your files, or 'Create installation media' for a clean install. Follow the on-screen prompts. Your PC will restart 2–3 times.

  3. Step 3.Enter your product key

    After installation, go to Settings → System → Activation → Change product key. Enter the 25-character key exactly as provided in your email. Click Next → Activate.

  4. Step 4.Activation confirmed

    You should see "Windows is activated" in the Activation settings. Your license is now permanently tied to this device's hardware.

Activating Microsoft Office

  1. Step 1.Go to office.com/setup

    Visit office.com/setup in your browser. Sign in with a Microsoft account — or create a free one if you don't have one.

  2. Step 2.Enter your product key

    Click 'Enter a product key' and type your 25-character key. Click Next. Your key will be verified by Microsoft's servers.

  3. Step 3.Install Office

    Click 'Install Office'. Run the downloaded installer. Office downloads directly from Microsoft (~3–4 GB). This may take 10–20 minutes depending on your internet speed.

  4. Step 4.Open and activate

    Open any Office app (Word, Excel, etc.). Sign in with the same Microsoft account you used in Step 1. Office activates automatically. You'll see 'Product activated' in File → Account.

Common Error Codes & Fixes

0xC004C003Key already used

Contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your order ID. We'll issue a replacement key within 2 hours.

0xC004F050Invalid product key

Double-check you've entered the key correctly with no extra spaces. Try again. If it still fails, contact support.

0x8004FE22Sign-in required

Sign in with your Microsoft account when prompted. If you don't have one, create a free account at account.microsoft.com.

0xC004C060Product key blocked

This is rare. Contact us right away — we'll verify the key status and replace it immediately.

0x803F7001No internet connection

Online activation requires internet. Connect to Wi-Fi or ethernet and try again. Alternatively use phone activation (see below).

Phone Activation (Offline)

If online activation fails repeatedly, use phone activation as a fallback. In the activation wizard, choose "I don't have internet" → "Phone activation". Call the Microsoft number for India, read the installation ID, and receive a confirmation ID to enter. This always works even without internet.
