All License Kart products are delivered digitally via email — there is no physical shipment of any kind.

Shipping of your license key is completely free, since every item we sell is a digital product code delivered directly to your inbox.

Once your Razorpay payment is confirmed, our system automatically generates your order and emails your Windows and Office product keys to the address you provided at checkout.

You'll also receive an order confirmation with your Order ID and a link to our step-by-step Activation Guide.

License Kart sells exclusively digital software license keys. We do not ship physical boxes, USB drives, printed cards, or any tangible item of any kind — every product is delivered electronically.

There is no courier, no tracking number, and no physical address required for delivery — only a valid email address.

Delivery times may occasionally vary due to high order volume, email provider delays, or if your email's spam filter holds the message for review — always check your spam/junk folder first.

If you do not receive your product key within the expected delivery window, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your Order ID — we'll resend it right away.

To avoid delivery issues, make sure your email address is entered correctly and accurately at checkout. An incorrect email address is the most common cause of a missing key.
