In order to use the licensekart.shop website, owned by License Kart, you (the "User") must accept the following terms and conditions. License Kart reserves the right to add, delete, alter, or modify these terms at any time. You are advised to read these terms carefully each time you use the website or make a purchase.

The User certifies that they are at least 18 years of age, or are making this purchase with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

License Kart reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use this website after changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the most recent version of these terms.

License Kart will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from use of the services on licensekart.shop. This includes, without limitation, loss of revenue or data resulting from delays, non-delivery of a product key, or service interruptions occurring due to any act or omission beyond our reasonable control.

This disclaimer also applies to any damages or injury caused by failure of performance, negligence, defect, deletion, error, omission, interruption, delay, computer virus, communication line failure, or unauthorized access to or use of any record — whether for breach of contract, tortious behavior, or under any other cause of action.

Once your Razorpay payment is confirmed, your product key is emailed to your registered email address — typically within 5–15 minutes, occasionally up to 30 minutes during peak periods.

It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. License Kart is not liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address provided by the User. If a key is not received within 30 minutes, contact us immediately via WhatsApp and we will resend it.

The User agrees to provide accurate, authentic, and true information — particularly the email address used for key delivery. License Kart reserves the right to confirm and validate any information provided by the User at any time.

If User details are found to be false, incomplete, or used for fraudulent purposes, License Kart has the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel the order and refuse service without prior notice.

All product keys sold by License Kart are warranted solely in accordance with Microsoft's own licensing terms. License Kart is not liable if Microsoft modifies, discontinues, or restricts a licensing program after your purchase.

License Kart will not be liable for any type of payment fraud conducted through our Razorpay checkout. The liability to use a payment method fraudulently rests with the User, and the burden of proof to demonstrate otherwise lies exclusively with the User. You must use only your own payment method, or one you are authorized to use, on this site.

License Kart will not entertain activation or refund-related complaints made more than 7 days after a key was delivered. See our Returns & Refund Policy for the specific eligibility window on defective keys.

This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive authority over any proceedings arising out of this agreement. By using this site, you consent to personal jurisdiction within these courts.
