Returns & Refund Policy

If a digital license key is defective, we will first replace it with a new license code. A refund is only considered if replacement isn't possible, and only if requested via WhatsApp or email to support@licensekart.shop within 3 days of purchase, and only if the license key genuinely does not work.

No licenses will be refunded after this 3-day period. A defective key claim can only be confirmed with proof of the activation error directly from Microsoft.

Once approved, refunds are processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7 working days via Razorpay.

Once a digital license key has been delivered via email, refunds are no longer applicable. Once a key is sent, it has been irreversibly transmitted — this makes it impossible to retract or recall a delivered key.

Checking software compatibility with your device is entirely the customer's responsibility, as we are the license seller only. All software is provided by Microsoft and remains the copyright of that company.

The only case in which a valid and working license can be refunded is in the case of a duplicated order — for example, if you were accidentally charged twice for the same bundle. This does not apply to any other refund scenario.

Microsoft 365 and Office activation only displays your preferred name as set on your Microsoft account — this is a platform-level limitation outside of our control.

Because this is a technical constraint of Microsoft's own platform, we are unable to accommodate refund requests related to account display name formatting or appearance.

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Since product keys are digital goods delivered within minutes, there is no order-processing window in which a cancellation can be applied before fulfillment.

License Kart does not take responsibility for any underlying local issues with your computer or device that could prevent the normal installation or functioning of Windows or Office — including outdated hardware, corrupted system files, or insufficient storage.
